Shipping & COD Policy

• Shipping Charges:

  • A shipping fee of ₹59 applies to all orders below ₹999.

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹999.

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will include the applicable shipping and COD fees, regardless of order value.

• Cash on Delivery (COD):    

  • COD is available across India.
    

  • We charge a COD fee of ₹99 on all Cash on Delivery orders.

  • To ensure genuine orders and reduce return-to-origin (RTO) losses, we charge a partial payment of ₹99 for all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

  • This fee is non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and handed over to our courier partners.
• Most orders are delivered within 7 working days with free shipping. However, during high-demand periods (sales, festive seasons, and special promotions), delivery times may be extended.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen logistical issues, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Shipment & Tracking Details

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification text message notification.
• The tracking number may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier website.
