Return,Damage & Refund Policy


Sri Nandini Silks maintains a strict no return or exchange policy. Returns or exchanges will be accepted solely in the event of a product being received in a damaged condition.


Mandatory Condition for Damage Claims:


  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video of the product, from the moment the sealed package is shown until the item is fully unpacked, is required to validate any claim.
  • The video must be recorded before the product is removed from its packaging and must clearly show any damage.
  • Claims submitted without the required video evidence will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.



Damage Claim Process:


  1. Notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the order by emailing support@srinandinisilks.in with your order ID, the unboxing video, and photos of the damaged item.
  2. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for return shipment or replacement.
  3. Products returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
