IN-STORE CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Exchange Policy: Items can be exchanged within 4

days of purchase after 12PM. The original price tag and

invoice must be presented for exchange. Items must be

in their original. unworn and unwashed condition.

2. Non-Exchangeable items: Innerwear, Box Shirts, Full Suit, Blazer, Modi Coat (Bandi), White colour clothes, Ready Blouse, Hosieries – Sweater, Jarkin, Skull Cap, Pullover, Socks.

3. Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for any

purchases.

4. Proof of purchase: An original invoice is mandatory

for any exchange process.

5. Right to Refuse: SRI NANDINI SILKS reserves the right

to refuse any exchange if the terms are not met.

6. Amendments: SRI NANDINI SILKS reserves the right to

modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

7. Subject to Hunsur Jurisdiction.
